Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to NodeLens purchased through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

1. Try before you buy

NodeLens offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can fully evaluate the software before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure NodeLens meets your needs.

2. Subscription refunds

Because a free trial is provided, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you were charged unexpectedly or made an accidental renewal you did not intend, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, this policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have. Note that, by starting to use digital content/services during any statutory withdrawal period, you may acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
